A special charity party was held on Wednesday 20th February 2008 in Biddenham to celebrate Musical Minis fifth anniversary. This popular music group has been operating in the Bedford area for 5 years. Lisa and Jane decided to set up the group when their first children were young and they were looking for music groups in the area.
Lisa & Jane said, “We are delighted that so many children have attended Musical Minis in this area. We are really pleased that parents have chosen to enhance their child’s early development by coming along to our classes.“ Over 530 children have attended the Bedford franchise since 2003. Lisa & Jane decided to combine their celebrations with raising funds for charity so sold tickets for the party with proceeds being donated to Headlines, a Craniofacial Support Group. A mum who has attended Musical Minis since the beginning in 2003 has close links with the charity, as her youngest daughter Molly was born with Crouzon syndrome. There was a fabulous turn out for the event and the room was filled to capacity. Mums, Dads, Grandparents and children alike had a noisy and fun time as well as raising an impressive 325.00.
